Finally! So after trying every combination of jets on friday afternoon and night, as I watch bike after bike ride by enjoying the great weather, I still could not get it running! So I came in saturday morning and pulled up bike talk, Chucktx posted that I was starving for air, I remembered when I assembled my air breather, the tube was not casted totally round, on the inside corner it had almost a 90 degree angle, so instead of 2 1/4 inch air flow, it was restricting it down to about 1 1/2 inches! I got the die grinder out with a rasping bit and made the corner round opening it up 3/4 of an inch!
I put the air cleaner back on, left the 195 main and 48 idle, with 1 shim under the needle, warmed it up for a few minutes, Took it for a ride, and WOW it runs like a dream!
Thank you everyone for your comments, I am pissed that I spent all that time on the jetting, when it was all about air flow! Thanks again Everyone!!!
