The Chevy Corvette came out with the VATS system. Vehicle Anti Theft System years ago. Like in the 80's
I know cause I had a Vats reader to hook up to the car to try to make a key and use the vats reader to figure out which vats chip to use.
The Insurance companies came out and told Gm if they didn't do something to farther insure the cars from being stolen that they would no longer insure them.
Dang Insurance companies dictating stuff to people all the time.
What are the laws for with folks stealing cars.
