think the op said they were 2011 and 2012 bikes.

Understand replacing to fix but it doesn't sound like a starter issue

ACR is a switch in the map programs, all of them have it, you can turn it on or off
if they grabbed a map and didn't check it was active or don't know wtf they are doing...

:rocket_bike: sometimes they just dump the map in and it might have been one they created for another bike with the same exact set up . they have used many times they do get paid flat rate ya know . dump it check air fuel get it off the dyno and see ya . and forget to click acr enabled. before they dump the download of said created map:banghead:trust me it happens seen it more than once the starter aint so happy .map is saved to the vci and i pull the map and check to see with sert software if acr is turned on . most of the time these guys cut and paste the ve from other maps created and timing tables as well to maps they like to use that is one thing with the sert i like . the 95 htcc kit ve tables are very high and i tend to use them and the timing tables are very nice not agressive. its a trick we like to use cuts tunning time down . kinda like when you do carbs jet up ten then cut it back were ya need to insted of going up 2 sizes at a time .but when you do that you must make sure you go back to the tunning page and turn stuff on and not forget to check your work .

The mechanics and dyno people know what year bike you have. They know which ones has ACR releases. They Should know to check things like that.
We got something to do besides going back and forth trying to get them to do their job.
    They should of checked it.
