sert dyno tuning

    Oh its fat as hell!but what im talking about is the serios chatter graph at the very start of the run when the dyno engauges the brake . That tire is chattering or the bike is equiped with the new style slipper cluth .then it just falls on its face cause its dead rich .and she recovers like you stated .An6 how its not the tunners fault if he pulled the baffles you cant get a good tune with a big pipe and no baffles it will run like hell at wide open. But it wont pull a wet string out of a cats ass down low .you want strait pipes that work .cut them down to 18 inches make sure there 1.3/4 And put lolly pop baffles in .

    Could be pipes and tune. I'm guessing that's the initial pull and the chatter isn't he clutch but the engine stumbling to deliver power

    Man that must be some super wet black sutty plugs with 02 voltages above 950 mv .lmfao .man ive tumed them so rich loading the wrong ve table.and fouled plugs till she stalled on the drum and it never looked like that. Lmfao but you very well could be correct!.

    if the clutch was slipping wouldn't we still see it up high on the dyno
    on the red pull which was after it was tuned...

    Jaged style graphics cant put power to the drum evenly wont show a smooth graph . It dont matter any way heii for all we know could be a weak coil caused the rich condition.lol we were not there lol.

    baggerpaul is reknown i see BP all over here so. ? if i do as u said disc power , just the pos cable r both? also if i idle it till the primary is warn then ride it, can i keep it at say 2, 2.5 so on rpm for awhile and it will tune it self n be ride able?

    ok wow did as u said put 40 miles on kept 2-3 grand gradually rode it did not do no other shit ride it like i stole it. what an improvement n there is still a prob intermittently still falls sometimes? plug wires? have 200 miles on it rides good.so next thrusday gonna meet w/the dyno guy n see bout tweaking it hopefully goes all well.

    hhhheeeey spent all day @ the dealer dyno. called v/h about the 4 in h/o sezs needs the baffles to tune eliminate spastic readings. so i order what i thought was baffles. nope i ordered quite mufflers as i found out the baffles in the pipe is not removable. ok so the quite mufflers did improve back pressure, lost a few #S n few ponies. so 3 n 4 grand slight hesitation so he tweked the roughness outta of it a lil. tuner sez just that combination of pipes w/cam w/ported polished heads. so the guys is educated about this but lacks experience. so i decided to check n try the new accel coils that fit ove the plugs like in card eliminates spark plug wires coil attop plug. well i asked accel any prob nope they work great no problem. take to in stall them 3 wire plug in. the new coils eliminate the ion switch and with the set up and hi-er then stock compression by passing that wire r switch should not have a prob if u do calls us back. again shot at n missed shit at n hit i paid for it also. so the ? is the ion switch will it not advance the timing is there is ping with the set up i have? so breifly woods 555 cam s.e.r.t. s/e air cleaner v/h 4 in /ho rounds w/ v/h headed pipe and stock hd ported polished heads made for cruising . boy i got 100 ponies 106#s torque and gr8 pull any info would be nice

    oh yea by the weigh i also find out that the harley super tune does not have the availablity to use woods cams specs so they have to use hd 258? cause they are close in #s the 555 open close 22/42 i think well hd open 26 degrees guys close enuff

    Ok this is tje way you tune the sert.set the according map close to the cam you have dump the map to the ecm . Take tje air fuel ratio page set it to 13.0 13.2 make a pull and analize if the injector on time got you there. If it did not adjust the ve table till it gets you there .make a pull check the rpm vs kpa and tp positionadjust again tjen dump the original air fuel table back in and leave the ve table alone .that puts your closed loop area at perfect ve for stoichmetric. Area vs ve and your open loop area witch is anything above 2.5 volts on your tp sesor .that is the only true way to tune your bike correctly. Period it dont matter wha5 cam you have period it dont care if its 150 ci motor or if its a 96ci you tell the ecm what you want

    Same set up tunning is exactly the same.open options on the home screen click advance tunning its all there you must know how to navigate through the software

    I would of gotten a Power Vision from Jamie with fuel moto.
    You know how to adjust the fuel table in the cursing range if you wanted better fuel milage.
    Screw jackin with a SE tuner and the dealer
