    If it was a 1/2 helmet. I would never even put it on.

    No helmet requirement here, full face goes with me on trips, cuts down on wind noise, and in rain or bad weather is a plus.

    D-rings are not a problem, I've had those quick connect fittings you can get for the straps, they work good until they break, then you are back to the D rings.

    The Neotec d rings are a little tougher than any other helmet I've owned. They are close to the padding making it tougher to lace

    I prefer D rings, as HRK said the others can break or get miss aligned.

    Went shooting then Ive been out working out in the yard all day and man is it hot. 86F out today couldn't even imagine wearing a full face today. To hot to be cutting up trees.

    Nolan made the best helmet latch system there ever has been with that that ratchet system. Had it on an old helmet and it was far superior.
