speedo light wire broken off

    I wouldn't even begin to know where to look for a replacement bulb. Doesn't an LED give off a bluish light? Mine is more yellowish, like an incandescent. I assumed it was an LED because of it's small size.

    Judging by the look of the speedo, with the analog odometer, I can't imagine that is an LED bulb. You can get some pretty small old style filament bulbs, much smaller than an old 194 bulb. I have one here, says VCH A1 s, 14v 9mA on it. Looks like yours. From an old car instrument cluster. You guys have NAPA?

    It just says: 12V 2W and has two tiny wires coming off the bottom of it. 20140925_1.JPG

    Just a standard peanut bulb...take it with you to your favorite auto parts store and match it...or wallyworld...pretty common bulb...probably a LED replacement too...

    yep there's a LED replacement for them, that's the same bulb as my plate light in my truck & interior lights , so I put the LED 's in them brighter & softer at the same time , napa should have them
