I like Ruger pistols. Just don't carry or own any revolvers.

The XD I'm talking about. Hasn't even hit the market yet.
And I have 2 BIL with them that love them.
Got a few neighbors with the XD subcompact, they have no complaints at all.
Only got one buddy with S&W out of like 17 pistols he owns, and he don't carry it.
    I never wanted a S&W Pistol.

    If I was a Millionaire, I wouldn't own a S&W pistol. I still remember.
    And NO I don't forgit.

Think its a Smith & Wesson 44 mag that my buddy back home in B'hama has
We shot 44 shells threw it.
    44 mag shells are expensive.

He did a video of the 40 cal a year or two ago so they wanted to do the 9mm. You'll have to ask him why specifically, but just wanted to post up the new model for you.

44 mag is fun, you don't need a lot of shells, about a box of 50 will
    do your hand in LOL

I"m going to start taking the 44 to the range, that way when some numb
nuts wants to start banging away with his little 40, with rapid shots
I'll drop a cylinder really quick with hot 44 mag loads, generally they go away...

This is not the Older XD, nor is it the XDS subcompact.

This is the 15 yr anniversary of the XD. Its the Mod 2 subcompact.
The gun dealers say they don't believe the Xd subcompact MOD 2 40 cal has even been released yet.
Non of them has seen one.

Yes CB, but the video I put up for you IS THE MODE 2 9mm which is just like the 40 cal. and if you listened to the video you would have heard Hickok45 say that he got it on loan from Buds Gun Shop (who is a national mail order gun supplier)

    Heard every word of it.
Nobody with a FFL here will accept a gun from Buds gun shop.
There has been some good deals. and there has been some bad deals.

I called everybody I know that is a gun dealer.
NOBODY said they have received the 40 cal yet.
Got a buddy down the street that is foaming at the mouth for one.

If we can' walk into the store, and hold the gun in our hands, and feel it and see it.
We are not ordering one till they are on the shelves.

You go buy a weapon you've never seen but in a picture. Not me. Nor my neighbor.

Suppose to go 50 miles away to a gun show saturday if nothing comes up.
If they don't have one. Oh well.

Do you go buy a new truck without driving it ?

People from Tennessee go in there all the time and buy guns. People from all around that area go in there and buy guns. I've heard people on gun forums all the time say they got it from Buds Gun Shop through their local LGS. I haven't, you haven't but many have. They also carry WWI and WWII rifles that you might not find at your LGS. Anyway just trying to explain to yea that they have a useful purpose to many people in the country.

    Ain't from Tennessee.
And if you want to buy a gun threw the mail without seeing it. Good for you.

My neighbor wants to see the pistol and hold it in his hand.

Not interested in any gun except the one I talked about.

CB do you get anything though the mail, LOL

What does your LGS or your buddies buying practices
have to do with the fact that the gun in the video is the 9mm
version of the one you are talking about, nothing....

Buds is a good business, sell at good prices, with them
rolling out guns local gun stores have to keep prices reasonable

they don't like it because they don't make the juice on the gun.
