    Yer right. It was her house too and she actually carried the loaded gun from the house to the precinct. She should get hit with concealed carry! That's a huge felony in NYC But if her husband Mugged somebody (without the gun) he would be facing less time in the slammer.

    here's the rub, does anyone really think people in NYC are not owning or carrying guns around. Two kinds, lawful and unlawful

    Unlawful doesn't care, catch them with a gun and 3 hots and a cot doesn't matter

    Lawful looses job, family etc....

    CA just had a good ruling, a guy sued the San Diego Sheriff for not
    issuing him a concealed permit, NRA backed it, apparently he had
    no reason to not issue other than CA May Issue rules that are abused
    by the local Sheriffs

    Court ruled that people have a right to carry firearms and that
    the Sheriff must issue to people that qualify.

    Boom right in the kisser..

    That's why the NRA is needed, to keep watch over this kind of bull sheet and to step in and help on these lawsuits. I don't understand why these outfits can't understand the second amendment. I guess they think it doesn't apply in their areas and they can circumvent the laws into the way they want it. If we had a real president who would stand up and just say this is how it is guys, follow the constitution the way it's written and quit messing with the population cause yea got more important things to do.

    Well my buddy took his Sig Sauer P238 9mm to the range with his new Springfield XDs 3.3 45.
    He shot a lot better group with the Xds 45 than he did with the Sig 9mm

    All he could say is the XDs 3.3 is a Sweet shooting Pistol.
    It goes in his in the waste band holster. And feels better than the Sig he said.


    I went to a Gun store 100 miles away and got a XDs 3.3 45 Bitone today.
    Very nice pistol. Will go in my pocket.

    You can get it 380 OR 9mm
    He got the 9mm.
    And since he got the XDs 3.3 45
    He said the Sig will go in the drawer in his bedroom

    Got a XDS 3.8 compact 9mm, 40 cal and 45.
    Shot the piss out of all of them.
    Not once did any of them jam or give me the 1st problem.

    And Springfield said out of all the XDs pistols that they recalled for PRECAUTIONARY measures. They only found one with a Problem.
    So there are hundreds of thousands of people that got their pistol checked and a new free magazine.

    Not only that cardboard Springfield don't make a XDS 3.8. They do make a XDM in 3.8 in all those calibers. Its a completely different pistol than the XDS. You need to get a book so you know your models.
    Sigs P238 like HRK said is a 380 model and they don't make it in 9mm.

    My Sig ultra Compact 1911 (same size as your XDS) shoots tighter groups than the XDS, I know I own both. I'm sorry you don't like Sigs but many of us do.

    Sig
    Beretta
    CZ

    they all are good it's what you feel good about
    and will carry with you and shoot...

    They all make holes in paper, criminals, etc...
