so you going from Georgia to Colorado first? Sounds like a good trip. How long you expect it to take you to get to CO? I hope it cools down for you.

I gotta go through the desert, get a couple o hours past Vegas and then it's all good from there.

That is a great tip: toss old clothes instead of washing them! I'll have to start using that one! Thanks!

Never done Sturgis, but it is certainly on my list!

The Pikes Peak Run, we had a tour guide, A friend I met on the RancheroUSA forum, I got to ride in her 1972 Cobra powered 4 speed HotRod Ranchero...
It vapor locked on the way to the top, But we had a great time and a spectactular View from "on top of the world"...
This is the first time we had seen each other in person...
I did have breakfast with another internet friend from L A Californica...
WOW, the EasyRider Saloon had Grits on the buffet too!!!
The wife and I sat and looked at all 450+ pics this evening, it took two hours to go through them...
I`ll put `em on CD then download a selection to share, when I get caught up on Hunny Doos...
I just mightta started another addiction,

Nope them ain`t my bike nor my riding partners bikes...
I promised my Bike to tend to her each and every need when I got her home...
She did her part and I`ve started my part!!!
The best washing I`d ever given her was upon our arrival home, now I still got a few more items to tend to...
The best Bikes aren`t in the Bike shows, they`re at the event OR at the Gas stops, the gas stops are a GREAT place fer good shots!!!
This is another good place fer the BEST Bike shots too...

When you were in Custer Park did you get a chance to feed bread to the wild Donkeys:D. Gotta run for it when you run out of bread though.

There an't nothing like your first Sturgis trip, I remember mine like it was yesterday. Rained all the way home.
It's changed a lot over the years but is still worth going to, at least once.
Great pictures, memories for a life time.
