That is the Generic for Percocet...I have about 30 left...After my shoulder surgery I was taking 2 every 4 hours...The worst was waking up in the middle of the night after 5 or 6 hours of sleep...The pain was unreal and yes I am a wussy boy when it comes to pain...Then ya got a wait 20 minutes or so before it kicks in...Great stuff...Does the job...Took it 4 or 5 days in a row with no problem...Sometimes I would take 1 after physical therapy which was 3 days a week...

I was laughing so hard on that last post. Trust me I understand a bit. Try having your whole chest ripped open and then stapled shut. They had me in ice for 10 hours while they worked on me. Took me a week to feel warm again.
Hang in there it will get better and wives usually know best. Besides you take two much of that stuff you'll be drooling all over yourself. :D

Shoulders are 100% better. Back home as of yesterday. All the different speciality docs found no reason for what happened to my shoulders. The knee is doing great ! I just need to keep stretching the quad and getting balance in all the tendons and ligaments in the joint itself. I expect to be driving next week ( I should be off the prescribed drugs by then.

Just keep things moving a bit and you'll be fine. What's the doctor think of some light exercise bike work, would it help or hinder the healing?

Thought you said your bike was already chrome blinged out!:)
Good to hear your getting ready to stretch that knee out a bit. Cycling in moderation should be good to keep it moving but still allow you to keep your full weight off it until it can properly heal.

I have no weight limitations. The surgeon says the only limitations will be my tolerance for pain which is governed by muscle and tendon conditions. As I get them back to their original flexibility and strength the pain diminishes. Right now I can walk without a walker, cane or crutches. Today I started going up stairs one foot over another. Down stairs is still one step at a time.

you might want to consider moving south. Those typed of surgeries always seem to come back to haunt you as arthritis or some nagging its hurts when its raining or cold.

Tennesee is the new Florida I heard.
