    Except the trees here in the forest don't loose their leafs in the winter. :D

    Plus we got all them white snow capped mountains to look at :D

    You can't afford the ticket and I got one just last weekend. Probably not a big deal for most folks but for me getting my FIRST ticket at the age of 63 was something. The officer couldn't believe that I had never had a ticket. Fortunately he didn't ask if I'd ever been stopped. He was nice enough to knock off 10mph so that kept it from being wreckless driving.:gah:

    Imagine this in kerrville west the posted speedlimit is 80. They haven't bothered anybody doing 14 over.
    They are rasing some of the 70 speedlimits in some places.

    80 mph. Must be wide open country. That would be a great place to ride.:D

    Its the ride we take headed to Big Bend State Park.
    Guess you ain't been there either.

    Its a long freeway. And the speed is not out of line.
    No reason you can't drive that fast.
    Speedlimits was faster than 55 when I was growing up
    If we are worried about using more gas. Stop making the gas the way its mfg now. We can't get fuel milage out of it now.
    We used to get much better fuel milage.
    Why burn more gas to get the same milage ?
