Yup. Arlen Ness and O.C.C. choppers. Way over the top. If that's the wave of the future, count me out. Tech is good, style sucks.

Ness has some neat stuff but I can't see him being allowed to mess with an Indian.

I'd like to see the leather in black and that deep red.

Honestly thought about selling the RG for an Indian Bagger, at least
I'd be unique unlike the rest of you old fart harley riders :p

Never liked Arlen Ness. He ushered out the featured backyard mechanic and started the over the top, unrealistic and can't afford ridiculous priced bikes. Never thought being a HD rider/owner and titty bar afficianado would ever become popular or expensive or have to compete for a chair with lesbo dykes either.....

Ya, I think there should be different levels for that "M" endorsement. Level 1 for people that ride and put miles behind them. And level 2 for those wash and wax all the time. And level 3 for bar hoppers. And that level has to be displayed on the bike so all can see. It would never work I guess. I don't care for wanna be's. I put more miles on in just PGR missions than some do for all their riding.

The Indian is Ugly as Hell.

No way in Hell could I let one of my friends ever see me on one.
They had em at the lonestar Rally in Galveston that you could test ride.
Had one of them to ask me would you like to Test Ride one.
I said why is Arlen ness here or something. Heck No.

Ya know, I said that too to start with. I never liked that bike ugly front fender and the Chieftain fairing I thought looked like a Victory clone. But I read where the designer got his inspiration on it and now it makes sense and I don't quite see the Victory in it as much. Some yes but more acceptable. And with the fender, I'm beginning to rethink that too. It works. The fender on the Harley is very big compared to many bikes. I end up riding rain, and find even that size on the Harley I still get soaked feet. From what I understand, that's not the case with that big Indian fender. So I'm beginning to understand and accept it. I still think if they ever come out with an aftermarket smaller one and I had an Indian, I'd be tempted to replace it. But anyway I'm changing my mind about that ugly thing. So I do know where you are coming from.
