    Hot01,

That's exactly where I got the images that I posted yesterday, and probably where I'll purchase the connectors that I need for the lovely northeast weather.

Thanks for the information and good luck in CO.

    Regards,
    German

Abbey, don't buy the Harley ones. My 07 SE Ultra is back in the shop having them warranty the heated grips again. They quit working on a 30 degree day when riding home from Olympia WA (130 mile ride). I've heard that a lot of Harley dealers say don't buy the Harley ones as they are tired of always having to warranty them.

the reason that the grips quit working is the controller is in the left bar and is not water/weather proof.....so when parked the water drains into the left grip.....the gloves are the best option......

    cold and snow

snow has been here for about three weeks and the cold is hanging on . near zero or below every night and not getting above about 15 during the day.
If it would just make 20 in the day, that would be nice.enough enough

That is cold!!! We are not that cold but cold and snowy enough not to ride. :banghead: We got 12" last Thursday and another 7-10" Sunday. It's going to be in the twenties for the week. I'm done complaining, reality has set in and other parts of the country are worst off. A year ago this week we were riding!! We had a warm winter last year. We already have had more snow this winter than the entire last winter and this winter is just starting.

MAN, I envy year round riders!!! :D

 :gah: They say all the rain that we get here in the Pacific NW keeps it green, well yes this is true to a point but for gods sake would somebody turn off the faucet. Right now were being hit with one storm after another rolling in from the pacific. :cussing:

I know what you mean about the faucet, FLHT. :gah: I was in Tualatin for 8 years, '95 to '03. Didn't ride at the time, had a 30' Carver on the river though. The rain didn't effect the boat like it does the bikes. I love being back in the desert where I can ride everyday.:D Keep it ready to go! There are the "sun breaks" now and again where you can get out for a putt!!

We had our HOG chapter meeting tonight and there must have been 120-150 members there and no one rode tonight.
The meeting was good and a lot of fun, got to say this is one great HOG chapter. Our Christmas party is Friday night and its going to be Casino night, looking forward to it.
