    If your garage needs a dedicated heater you might live too far north...

    Is that a electric heater on the ceiling. Hope you got a way to circulat that heat down.

    Now I can see the pics...Nice high ceilings is right....lotsa cubic feet to heat up...just from the pic,that heater looks a little small for the size of your garage,did the electrician recommend that size (BTU's & cubic ft capacity)...it could cost a small fortune to run it if only sq/ft was determined for size of heater...

    Be a good idea to install a ceiling fan or two to churn the warm air downward. It's wasted up in the ceiling area.

    Well I started tearing down the bike. Pretty easygoing. No issues except the rear intake lifter does not want come out. I am a little stumped on that one. Wish I could post pictures but things are being retarded again.

    As usual the rear was more difficult than the front to get out. No big deal. At first I was considering on replacing the push rod tubes with the ones for adjustable push rods but these are a cinch to take off. Saved $150 there. Just need to figure out how to get that front lifer out.

    That is what I am using. It comes almost all the way and that is it. Lifter bore looks good. Curious why it is being a pain in the ass???

    might have to pull the cams and drop it out from the bottom
    lifter might be damaged on bottom

    May be that the axle is hitting the botom of the case. The shaft might have started to walk out a bit.

    I have seen it a thousand times the only thing holding the roller axel is a clip .look at the other lifter also i have seen the lifters body spred out at the axle area aswell there is alot of pressure on the roller area ! And that area is hollow
