    Metzlers

Put a American Elite on after 2500 miles I took it off
Was headed on the desert about 400 miles west of here
    Wasn't.
    'T listening to the noise.
Tire made a noise on both my bike and my buddy's
Used to put the E3 tires in customers bikes when I was at a Indy shop
They are too heavy and sidewalls are too thick
Sometimes you got to stick more weight on them
Know a lot if folks runs em
    Just not me.
Traded the 08 bike for the 11 I have now
It has the Dunlop multi compound rubber
    Whole world of difference

I think how you brake and accelerate plays a part in how long your tires last...if you're heavy on the brake and accelerate hard, tire mileage is gonna suffer....

Ride around the block after letting it idle
When I pull out on the main road I twist the throttle to like 5000 rpm in 1st gear and usually don't lett off till 75 or 80
When I stop I gear down all tie time
Mainly use my rear breakes, if that won't low me own alone with gearing down fast enough I will grab the front

Well back to reality CB. I ran the Elite series tires on both the Harley and a Goldwing 1500. Only noise I ever got on any tire was when they were worn down. Always had good luck with the Elite tires. Strong tuff tire back then and a very good tire when I was pulling the tent trailer with that Goldwing.

I've ridden bikes for 49 yrs
I use brakes and gears as I see fit
Used to race 2stroke dirt bikes when I was younger
You learn back then to stay off the front brakes or crash

Been to bike riding school taking 3 different folks there. My wife was one
All 3 instructors said they would change nothing about how I ride
I've ridden for many years and I'm still here is what they said.
