Know you are doing it yer way. I would of bought a Kit, or spare heads and jugs and already had the motor torn down and put back together 5 times.
Even if there was 5' of snow outside.

I just bought the last tool that I need to put my bike together. I wish I could tell you what it is but I bought one for Bagger Paul and it is technically for Christmas. I know, way past Christmas. Stupid salesman... :gah:

Definately know you want to feel the power. But I truly hope if you ever git it back together you do heat cycles and break he in. And during breaking, you keep yer rpms up and don't lug her, or over rev her.
Know you should of already had a couple people tell you about waiting till 3rd gear and rolling on it. And not to wind it up tight for a while.
Good Luck if you ever start.[IMG]

Ok, so now I have my new air compressor, well, at lest it is on order, I am now looking for the air tools. Here is my question, for things like the comp nut on a bike which would be better, a 3/8" drive or a 1/2" drive? There is no way I need anything over a 1/2." Thoughts?

    You can go to sears

    Git a 1/4" drive air ratchet and a 3/8 drive ratchet .

Then get a 3/8 torque wrench ands long 1/2 torque wrench for the comp nut.

Think if I remember its like 160 ft lbs.
Would have to look at the manual.

You can knock the magnets off your stator using a impact.
