I got to go up and buy some, need to,change oil in the bike. So I'll find out.
If they don't have it then I'll pick up Red Line at the HD shop.

Bla, bla, bla, bla. That's only one opinion and you know what opinions are like:D

Never ever had an issue with Redline Shock Proof in the tranny. Runs so much smother, quieter, shifts better. I just love that pink stuff :)

You have a general Discussion about a bunch of folks that have the OIL that they think is the best. And they are bias against their own oil.
When in Reality they know dito about Oil.

Or you got some folks that because SYN 3 is made by Citgo they will not use it.

I have a article wrote and posted by a Physics that was talkin about Gear Oils and motor oils and the Older trannys having roller bearings. And the new tranny's having needle bearings and a Plastic spacer and a chemical in the fluilds seem to be destroying the plastic shim and then there is too much end play which in turn eats up the needle bearings.
What I don't understand is why The spacer had to be made out of plastic.

I've had it to happen and heard a lot of other folks talk about it happened to them.

It really don't make any difference if nobody is interested and is just another oil thread. You got a warranty on yer bike so you don't have to worry.
I want to know if this physics has a clue and he will be writting another article on the types of oils he is talkin about within 3 weeks.
And he's suppose to name some oils.

When I called some dealers this past weekend. The march issue came out last month.
It was all I could do to find a copy of it.
This month they are suppose to do another article when the next thunder-press comes out.
