    I'm not a Brit so never tried it but sounds good. But we are getting great fresh strawberries for awhile and we use the butter pound cake from Costco covered in strawberries then whip cream. The juices from the strawberries soak into the pound cake along with the berries, man is that good. It's also very fattening. I even had one for breakfast the other day.

    When I worked in Manhattan there was a English restaurant next door to office. The food sucked but the dessert was to die for. My wife got the recipe and makes it sometimes.

    Well took the Triumph out today and it ran very well. Bike handled very well and has much more power now that the air filter has been changed. Chain drive is now smooth and shifts very well.
