Sarge7, I love the humor. I used to tell a similar joke on my daddy that he was out wearing shorts and got stung on the you-know-what with a marked resultant swelling. He called home to ask mama what to do and she said "Hurry home before the swelling goes down". Then there was another that I told on both of them about how I came into this world at my 50th birthday party that my wife gave me. Anyhow the way I tell it is that daddy waited for mama to take her hearing aide out one night when they went to bed and asked her, "Well, do you want to go to sleep or what". Not being able to hear, she said 'What?" So 9 months later, I appear.

cardboard, I hope you're feeling some better this evening. We'll be staing in this weekend to because it started snowing here about 2P this afternoon and thus far we have about 4" on the roads. I had to shovel out some tracks so I could get my truck to come up the driveway. We're supposed to end up with 7-12 inches around here and over towrd the NC line about 45 miles from here, they're supposed to get 12-24 inches. The Interstate (26) going that way has already been closed in places. Hopefully the roads will be clear enough to go to church Sunday. Anyhow, take care.

I need the warm weather and the sun on my body. The vitamin D would be good for me.

The ride from Houston back to Livingston made my wound start bleeding again.
The gaulls started gittin stuck to the staples and made it harder to git them off.
Will be glad when they take some staples out tuesday mornin.

You're right cardboard, the warm weather and the sun will do you heaps of good. Sent a couple of pics as to what's going on here. Couldn't et the snow blower started so I had to resort to manual labor to dig out. Then I tried the thrower again after finishing and with a bit more carb cleaner and starting fluid down the throat, it started. I keep fuel stabilizer in the gas but it probably had some moisture too. Anyhow check the pics out. The first one is looking off our carport and the second is how the bike is going to look for the next several days until this all clears off.

Man you know how it is when you hear a Harley ride down the road.

Well my neighbor from the end of the block came riding his Se street Glide down beside the house to across the street to another buddy's garage.
They were both out there jackin with bikes. It was chilli.
    The left on the bikes.

Tore my heart out cause I couldn't go.
And its suppose to warm up to like 60* again today.

But I went downstairs after talkin to ChuckTx and put the charger on my bike.
Haven't cranked it in like 3 weeks. Man I hate for it to sit for that long.
But I know better than trying to take it out of the garage.:gah:

:)cardboard - take it easy and heal first, can't see ya having a relapse or something gettin torn back up. That would make the ordeal a lot longer to put up with.
While yer sittin down there doing nothin why not enjoy the fact that your still around and enjoy life, also it will give you a chance to come up with some new ideas for the BBQ recipes or anything that ya throw on the grill. Might even get chuck to ride over and pick on ya some!:)

After my second heart surgery the surgeon told me not to ride for 12 weeks, My cardiologist told me you’ll know when it is time, but don’t pick up any thing over 5 lbs until my chest heals. I took his advise I started riding at about 6 weeks and didn’t drop the bike so I didn’t have to pick it up. There for I wasn’t lifting anything heavy.
Not to worry things will still be happening when you do heal up enough to ride.
