I'm a little late to this party (what else is new) but thought I'd weigh in on these mufflers. Actually I have nothing to add about the mufflers, but plenty to say about V-Twin Manufacturing (AKA Tedds Cycle). Instead of "Manufacturing" they are better known for knocking off products without regard for the original inventor or owner. They stole designs from CD and have even knocked off some of my products. Little if any of their products are original, they take products made by others and knock them off over in Taiwan.

To read more about these thieves and one of the many active boycotts involving manufacturers who have been wronged visit:

Figures. So many USA made items have and are being copied in Asia. Even in my other hobby Flyfishing. Rods, Reels, Bags, Vests, Waders, etc. all coming over by the Orient Express. These are Americans (importers) seeing a way to make a buck for themselves at other Americans expense of hard work and brains. And ultimately, the cost of the very fabric of our country!
    I'm just saying... :banghead:

You and I could really hijack this thread! I'm a NYState Licensed Guide. Although Long Island is surrounded by salt, we do have some wild Brook Trout tidal streams and rivers here. I do it in the salt & the sweet! Got Steelies & Salmon upstate too. I was supposed to go with a business associate when I was there in Portland a few years ago but business got in the way. Fished around the country while working. Montana, Missoula, was the high point of trout for me.
And for the Texas guys; I actually started fishing as a kid for Largemouth. Fished Ley Lake in Alabama, Mobile River, Stick Marsh and others while on business trips. Done all types of fishing as often as I can.

I'll write you a perscription for your significant other.
    Dear Mrs/Mr/?? FLHTbiker,
For the sake of mental stability, I prescribe biking and flyfishing in copious amounts.
    Sincerely,
    Epstein's Mother
