Is silver 96 cu jugs O.K.
I have a set that came off a 08 EG.
You will have to git a set of pistons for a 95 cu.
The pistons I have won't work.

Where ever yer sending them, ask if they will swap some silver with Black.
They've done it for me before.
Got a set of Black ones but I ain't gonna let em go.
Got both Black and silver heads too.

Make sure you git compression releases installed. If not have them drilled and plugged so you can put the manual in later.

Did you call Bob or Scott.

And by the way, did you take yer wife for a ride on the bike yet with the Backrest ?

I have not called either of them as I going to take the advice of a couple of members here on the forum. I would be wasting both their and my time.

Thanks for the suggestion HRK about the +2 +4 but this thing will only drop my band down 200-500 rpm. that is not significant enough for me. Talked to Bob and this what he told me. I guess it is possible that I that I need to look at different cams. I don't know how to say this but I am not going to spend the money that Bob want for his carbs either, just isn't going to happen. I am going to stick with the CV40 but of course if I need to, when the time comes, then I will change it, but until then, I am going to leave the carb. Thanks for the information on that +2+4 though, it was an interesting alternative that's for sure.

    Sorry Johnny !
you may think you know more than Bob.
I will tell you straight up.
Bob knows more about motors than you could ever learn in yer lifetime.
He's been doing it for a long time.
Bobby Allison got a motor from him when he used to race.
Bob Woods even raced Boats dude.

    I would listen to him.
A build not built right because of a few dollars can be a mess
you don't just throw things together and it work.
It has to work in harmony.

DUDE, I am repeating what he told me. We went into nothing about any particulars, just about the product that I mentioned. Do you know what it was that we talked about exactly??? I don't think so!!! I am telling you that I do not want to use his product because it came from his mouth that it would drop my rpm only 500 rpm max... So don't even try and think that you know what the conversation was..... You have to be kidding me that an engine has to work together??:wtf: NO WAY????

What this means is that I will not be reusing the Andrews cams because his product will not accomplish what it is that I want done because it doesn't work in "harmony." Nothing personal guys, just won't work.
