Yea, this is one of the few weekends since Thanksgiving that it has not made it to 50*. Has been amazing, I have ridden every weekend at least some. Forecast for this weekend was low 30s and snow flurries. This morning saying 42* Sunday. So, if no snow, then tomorrow maybe...;)

Cold this morning so decided to take carb off, drill out plug and install ez-tune screw. Got it done and decided to take a test drive after tuning. As soon as you go either direction on Blue Ridge Parkway, elevation starts up. Went less than 10 miles and this picture is what it looked like. Did not go far... :)

Thanks guys for your prayers! My hemplobin had actually gotten down to 3.6 prior to my admission for 6 units of packed cells. Anything less than 5 is usually not compatable with life. A couple of the Drs. said that I should have had a heart attack and that it was a miracle that I did not. But I reckon since it had occurred over 12-15 years that my body had adjusted plus I'll certainly give God credit too. Probably holding the Harley up had helped to keep me in decent shape too. Anyhow thanks agan for your continued prayers. I'll certainly help to make things go better.

Along the line of the actual thread topic, we went to a 60th birthday party for one of the Chapter members over in Johnson City. Going over there we ran though a patch of snow. When we got back home to Blountville, the ground was covered but low and behold it was warmer than when we left - sort of pleasant surprise temperature wise.:):)

Looks pretty FLHT, but hard to ride. Weekend not as bad here as I expected. Not warm, but got up to 41* and sunny today. Went out about 1:30 for a couple hours, not too bad. Gonna be out of town next weekend, so wanted to get some riding in today... ;)

I feel for anybody that has to work outside in the cold. Been there, done that as a young man. No more. I do not like the cold. Today, it's supposed to make it to the middle 60s - I am greatly anticipating a ride right after school. I'm planning on going to Tarboro and pay Tattoo a surprise visit. He's never seen the bike running. I've seen his '69 shovel sitting outside his shop, so I know he don't mind the cold weather too much - dude is hard core.
