That is a tastefully done Low Rider. I used to want one really bad. I think what changed my taste are the mag wheels. How long have you had it?

Just a little over a year JB, these pictures are from awhile back. Everything stock when I got it, took the pics after I replace the handlebars, pipes, and installed the forward controls. I really been enjoying it, getting ready to go pick it up from the shop, my Indy installed the new stage 1 air breather I bought while he was making the other repairs, I'am ready to see how she runs now that the carb & filter are stage 1, see I can tell the difference.:D

The change isn't going to be that noticeable, there may need to be a re-jet in store. JMO

He supposedly did rejet the carb, didn't think to ask to what size. Will try to remember to ask when I pick it up.

alright!!!! got my bike back and it running better than ever (knock on wood) Took a spin on it before I loaded it up at the shop, actually stopped and got it inspected almost forgot it expired this month, and road some more when I got it home. Seems to have more get up and go, but that may be just me. Now its cleaning time, its always filthy when I get it out of the shop but its alright. I enjoy putting it up on the jack, turning on the classic rock, and downing a few cold ones (not PBR) while I clean to my hearts content.:D

Actually Johnny I don't see it in the stores around here, it may be available and probably as good as some of the others I drank. Usually my only criteria is it being cold, can't stand the warm stuff(at least not until a case or so into them):roflmao:

Yea Cowboy, thats the first thing I did when I got the bike was to install the forward controls, felt like my knees were up in my chest. Also didn't care for the buckhorn handlebars, picked up the used ones I have for $10, came off a Heritage Classic. I like them much better also, they sorta like mini apes.:D
drink M Lite if I'am buying, but like I said if its cold I'll drink it.

I like that philosophy. I have been to may outdoor parties during the winter time and I thought it to be refreshing at times that the beer is warm. Kinda like warm cider. We would keep the beer in the shack that was heated so we could warm up a bit. I will drink almost any beer.

Update, I forgot to tell ya'll the plug wire failed because the coil cover cut into the wire until it grounded, tried bending it further away but its pretty stiff and don't want to break it, any ideas?:gah:

also like the Big Sucker air breather he installed for me, lot smaller than the factory and the breather lines off engine built in. also kept the original stock cover which I like.

Use a dremal tool and grind the clearing out a little larger - put some masking tape on the cover in case you get off the working surface and that should cure the rubbing problem.:)
Put a Ness big sucker on my ride last year and really like the way it handles the air flow - seems to have more response too. If ya really want to help it out add a V_Ductor stack under the filter cover - it's a bolt on thats really helps and it don't cost a arm and leg. You can get them thru Kenfuzzed on this forum.:D
