    Super Cleaner

I also use the S100 then blow off excess with yard blower. I ran across a product at the Hog Rally in Hot Springs, Arkansas last June called Thunder Bolt.
I can't believe the shine in puts on paint, chrome, leather, and the windshield.
The great thing about it is that finger prints don't show ( people can't believe the shine and have to touch it). When you use it on the windshield, you can ride all day and bust bugs-then use a damp cloth @ the bugs wipe right off.
If I ride through a rain storm I stop when I'm out of the rain and pull out my micro-fiber cloths and dry it off-----It looks freshly detailed again.

ZANO! Mequieres is great but there's no substituting for Zano show car polish! I personaly don't polish my bike that often as it's my daily driver. But that's what I use on my cars.

    Clean Bike

I start buy lightly hosing the bike off with just water. Then use this hen use this stuff called Bike clean buy Kit car waxes it takes all, bug's tar grime off reale good. Then lightly rinse again. Then wax everything with Blue Coral it's a real hard wax and stands up pretty good.
Use 409 or simlpe green on the motor cases givem a srcub it they need it but ussually just hose them lightly and they come out like there bead blasted. did the same when I had the black motor, when the motor dried I would spray with Armoral came out looking like it came frome the factory. I will ususally spend 3hrs. to completely duche the bike twice a season, ussually when it's raining. I'm thinkin of entering the bike, in a classic's Car & Bike Show this year put on by Tom Spaulding's tatoo suplies Co. just a couple towns over from me. OLD BLUE cleans up real nice and has all the original paint,so I'll give it a a try.........strickt9Rob. pic is before the 120" Utima eas installed

i would use a quality auto/motorcycle wash. if the paint is flat, (not shiney) a wax is of no use, but a protectant in a spray bottle may work. what does the owners manual say about protecting the finish???? they should have given you one with the bike. also talk to the service dept.....they MAY know what to use.............or not!!!!:)

Thanks guys I will check the manual but I don't remember seeing anything about what to use.The dealer told me two different things on two different visits to the shop.I was so damn excited when I picked up my bike I forgot to ask them again.

if ya want to get rid of swirl marks....go to an automotive paint store, or some autoparts have it also. it is called 3M hand glaze. do not use machinery, but a soft cloth and not very hard rubbing. you will be amazed.....follow the directions on the bottle, and a little will go a long way............it will also remove the hazing on plastic headlights......:)
