Josh, it's really nice on the west coast today. Temp was about 80 with humidity around 40 percent. We rode today to a place called Mary's Peak. Sits about 35-3600 feet up. On a clear day you can see Newport bay on the coast about 80-90 miles west.
    Here is a few pics.

Badinfluence63, Farmville is down by Greenville, about 40 miles from here. We moved here because Mac the Wife has family in Hobgood.

FLHT, your pics always remind me of how beautiful the country on the coast is. I miss it sometimes and wonder if I'll ever get back for a visit. I remember the weather being mostly mild, though I didn't ride while I lived there.

Mid to high 90's to low 100's. Humidity runs from mid 70% to mid 90%.

We were out riding today, rode around 350 miles and the temp was up to 90 with 47 humidity. Had a great ride on a poker run with another HOG chapter and then up along the high Cascade mountain range riding by MT Jefferson and the MT Jefferson wilderness area. Rode the Springer today, love that bike.

We usually only get a inch and last winter got none. We ride year round most of the time.

Supposed to go on the Painted Hills ride next weekend (two day trip) with the HOG chapter. Was 110 there today on their pre-ride. My 2012 bike is down with a bade Voltage Refulator (under recall) but the dealer does not have any for the SE Ultras in stock. :banghead: But 110 is really hot.

No way I'd ride down to anything
except a topless bikini bike wash
    and free beer meet...

Hey joshbob, hows it going. ..I think on the map its listed as Shine,NC and you will see it. Hoping to retire there if I live long enough. Just a blip on the map and sparsely populated but at least with good folks. All my folks on my father side are there including a couple brothers and a shat load of cousins, uncles and aunts. Have a daughter and 2 grandsons there too. Go there at least 4-5 weeks a year for now.
