I just had a leaking shift shaft seal fixed. Now I notice that when I slow down
either to turn or stop I hear a whinning noise, that I dont remember hearing before. It sound like it is coming from the back of the bike. I think its the
trans winding down but not sure because I dont recall hearing it before. The bike itself is running fine.

    Thoughts?

when the work was done, the belt guard was not put back as it should have been...so it it rubbing the belt......if the belt is off that much, and rubbing the guard there are other problems fixing to happen......so lets hope it is the guard rubbing the belt!!!
