    Wife's 1/2 hour ride home so far 1 he. Still at least 1/2 hr away. Highway IS a skating rink. Plus I just finished driveway 10 mins ago already got an inch in places on it. Powder on top of ice!

    I put some aggressive Cooper AT/MS tires on her Edge. They work good. I stay at home mostly.

    Damn freezing rain...Almost got frozen out of my car...Was able to get in through the rear passenger door...Started it up, blasted the heat and was able to open the door in about ten minutes...The jerk next to me forced his door open and all the weather stripping came off...Dumb shit...

    19 miles. But here we don't measure distance in miles. We measure distance by time. Traffic and/traffic lights. I o ve had a manager from Maryland. He called Long Island "lAnd of the traffic lights"

    Well the groundhog predicted 6 six more weeks of winter for yous guys. But here the Hedgehog predicted a early spring for us. The weather guy just said but don't we have to have winter first. :) We really have not had much for a winter this year. Even the ski slops are complaining of no snow. That means water shortage in the summer.

    Yesterday when we got the 5-7 inchs I went to get my snow blower and the garage door wouldn't open. WTF, that never happened before. Was the door springs or rollers broke. I mean that bitch wasn't opening. I tried the right side and was slightly moving. Tried the left side and it wasn't moving. This ain't good. Checked the rollers and springs,the connecting pulley wires all looked good. Only thing I could think of it might be froze. I got the salamander out,pointed it towards the left side a turned it on. After 15 minutes it still wasn't moving. Got out a crow bar and tried to lift the left side. Nope. Let salamander run another 10 minutes and tried the door. It lifted up. Thank God. I would have been screwd other wise. Country living........
