    Took last ride Tues night, was close to 60 during the day went down close to 35 by 9:00 pm. We had the threat of a stupid small amount of snow and the local road crews wanted some overtime on Wed night and corroded the roads [thanks] guess I am done for the year

    It's 32 right now but the wind makes it feel like it's 25 or less.

    Sure glad they don't salt the roads here but they do sand the roads and you have to be careful you don't cut a corner to hard before they clean the sand up.

    they only do the bridges around here , some kinda of mix with no salt , were going to warm up a bit then by sunday night back into the 30's Dogs in the house & heat lamp for the chickens , & I think I found some time this weekend to work on my bike

    We got 8" of snow here Mon. & Tues. Then has been down to zero to 5 degrees for lows everynight this week. Are their any houses for sale down by you CB.

    We have some neighbors that take off in the winter months and spend it in Yuma AZ. Wished I could afford to have a place in AZ during the winter.

    darn now we have FLHT with his pants down , started out this morning at 32 , came up to 48 here with wind chill around 40 most of the day , Tue start high 20's then to low 50's

    It's a sad day around here today. I have resigned myself to putting the scooter away until probably sometime in March. I know I did this back in Sept thinking my knee surgery was going to ground me for a few months but it didn't. So I had un winterized the bike and did a couple of very short rides (errands). But now it's time. We getting a winter storm tomorrow and I guess I gotta put the nails in the coffin. Sniff sniff.
