I never winterize my bikes we have two many nice days for riding even during the winter months. Toy run to the schriners hospital coming up in December.
Last year it was sunny and about 18F out but that heated gear worked well.

After they split your breast bones they use metal wire to hold em back in place. Doc told me they stay in there.

Didn't know that. I thought they were in place of stitches. My knee got stitches but a buddy got staples and they removed them after 3 weeks.

What hurt the worst was when the male nurse came in and said we have to pull the electrical wires out of your chest and the tube the size of your thumb. He said grab ahold of something then said here we go. Sheet man that almost makes yea pee the bed. He pulled over two feet of wires out. Yea they had the insulation on em to. :banghead

Yep, you know about it then. Hope the valve is working well. They put a $5,000 band around my heart valves as it was leaking. Then replaced a bunch of veins. Was done in 2008 and another guy I know who had his heart done the same year died. He wouldn't quit partying hard and he drank hard. Made it less than 2 years.

But we don't have snow yet as its to dang warm. :D
