Another reason I like Reno HD & Chaz O'Neill's shop is both never hesitate to bring you into their shops to show you what's up with your ride, at least with my dealings with 'em. With the volume of business, Reno HD isn't as keen on letting you stand there throughout, but that ain't as much an issue at Chaz's shop. Not the way I ever got treated anywhere in California, that's for sure.

    to by parts

the only reason I go to a Dealer is to buy parts, I can change them my self, I have found very few Dealer Ships Repair anything, all they do is change out parts untill it runs right and then they charge you for everything they have changeed.

Where you gonna git real harley parts and T-Shirts and HD ball caps. Somebody has to support the dealer. They got new bikes also. And some mechanics that know what to do on the bike. Some Indy men just ain't up to snuff on Computers that are on the new bikes.:cussing:
