    Want a really good workout
    See if there is a place where you live to take Aikido
    See how many times a week you have to train
    Years ago when I trained everybody could really tell
    When I was going 3-5 times a week
    Guys training would say
    Going to the gym and workin out is Easy compared to training in Aikido
    Just a thought !

    CB, isn't Aikido a form of self defense that uses an attackers movements and inertia against them?

    Yep, hit the leg press, squats, and focused on stomach tonight.

    I did 4 Sets of 10 Reps of 180 lbs on the leg press.

    I did 4 Sets of 10 Reps of 75.0 lbs on the squats and then 4 Sets of 10 Reps of 100 lbs on the squats.

    Did 3 sets of 5 reps of the Boxer planks (this works your core) (stomach) and then I did a machine that uses hip motion to work your stomach. (Get that 8 pack) :cool: Then I used a machine to do sit ups but leaning forward. Talk about an intense machine. Of course I did my cardiovascular to get the heart rate up. Did 10 min. for a BPM of 165. Used the ski machine.. Of course I did the end of workout stretching...:cool:

    Oh, you know me, work out in gym Monday - Friday, then 12 oz curls on weekend ... life if grand ... :D
