    She was charged the same day and exonerated by a judge the next day? Obvious BS. There is no Herald newspaper in Houston, Texas and the real Houston paper reported no such thing.

    i believe the point here is not the name of the paper, but what a person can/cannot do to protect their property......the left side certainly aint gonna help...their to busy creating more useless, unenforceable laws.............
