1st service after I had the drive belt changed on the King, I found the primary chain was tighter than a piano string,I could also hear a whining sound in there,but didn't think it was that tight.
I loosened the chain off to 7/8" and dumped a quart of B&M Trick Shift in. A few weeks later I started to hear a grinding coming from the primary,so I thought the inner primary bearing was toast from the overly tight chain.
I drained the primary and blue,well blueish fluid came out
The motor oil I'm using is blue and I thought the B&M was red(what a memory I have)Freaked me out a bit,only about a quart drained from the primary so motor oil wasn't leaking into the primary I came in and Googled B&M Trick Shift and found it is blue also...
