Have a buddy wanting to buy a FLH...New or close to it...without a tour pak,or info-tainment...are the 103's better than the 96"ers??
What's the pro's and con's of a new touring bike??Any one year better in the last couple of years??

A few countries do this and I think it is very fair...Your fine is based on your income...Make it hurt...A $350.00 ticket may hurt us a little but is mere chump change for some guy/gal making $1,000,000.00 + per year...Think about it...
