I was just curious as to what you guys use. Front brake only, back brake only, or combination of the two. When I first was learning to ride this bike I used exclusivly the front brake. then I forced myself to start to using the back brake to give it an honest try to see how it would feel. I now find myself using it totally unless I have to really stop in a hurry. I've just grown really comfortable with it.

I have a 2007 bonneville. The exhaust pipes have turned purple by the motor and then have yellow further on down them. Which is normal. only the exhaust pipe on the right side of the bike has yellow extending further on it then on the left pipe. Is that some kind of indication of something going wrong in the motor. One of the cylinders going wrong? any suggestions would be appreciated. fireitup

I am having a problem figuring out the routing of my vacuum line from my carb to the VOES Switch. The manual talks about it. The routing on my bike runs from the carb to the switch, than "T's" and runs down the frame and turns into the frame by the fuse block under the seat.I guess it must be this way, but wouldn't that be like a leak?
This is for my '98 Dyna Glide. Any ideas?

I own a 2003 H-D FLSTS. which has 60,000 miles on it. It has recently started to shut down when I'm riding for a long time or its hot outside. it then fires up again after a few seconds with a big back fire. the tach goes dead and the engine light comes on. I first thought it was carb. trouble But If I run out of gas the tach still works. Any thoughts on this would be appreciated thanks! P.S. I have owned this bike since it was new.
