I have a buddy that has the above...was wondering what the options were as far as a stage 1 upgrade. IS there a ness big sucker that fits his bike? Does he need to change his pipes? would he need to run PC3??? I am trying to help him make is bike better..he has interest...sorta.....IF I can show him possible improvement. thanks!

Anyone know where l can find illustrations on s&s super g shorty carb? l bought a carb but it was taken apart to be polished and l never put one together. thanks in advance

I've been riding HD's since 1965 and I'm finally building one. I can't find any information about using an electric start (ok, I'm over 50!) and a kicker on the bike I'm in the process of building. I'll probably end up with an S&S 80" or an Ultima 80"...the shovel's are just too much $$. Does anyone have details of how to use both methods of starting? Oh..and I'll have a four speed tranny (or at least a 5 in a 4 spd case).

Okay... I've been told that the Vtwins will have a noticable difference with an Emodel S&S on it. the local reputable tech in the area has done many
My HD-CV(02modelcarb) with the aftermarket air cleaner kit has made noticable difference to me me (with slip ons).
The question is how can a 39mm S and S enhance it more( I've been told and guaranteed)
..the CV pulls/allows in what the heads will flow?
..engine is just an air-pump.... We discussed...mikuni...edels..the adjustments is a pain I've see these model as well and why S&S still ends up beinf the choice....
1. is it the longer entrance into the carb that makes the difference(with the tear drop air cleaner having even more air entrance surface?) would a stock CV rejetted with a velocity stack work just as well?
