I am thinking about putting screaming Eagle slip-ons on my 2004 Fatboy. Anyone have any first hand knowledge about how much louder they are than stock. I am not looking for straight pipe loud, just a nice sound upgrade from the stock mufflers- Thanks-

Sorry about this boring question, but i'am new to Harleys and don't know who else to ask.
CD made a comment on my other EVO thread about "observing proper warm up procedurers" What is the proper procedure.
How long should i let it warm up?
Is this done strictly at a idle?
Is this done at low RPM on the road?
How will i know when its warmed up?
Thank! in advance for any help.

I posted this by mistake in the Polling Place. I have an 05 Fatboy that I pulled the stock seat off to try going solo for awhile. Under the rear portion of the seat on top of the rear fender was a plastic adhesive film (to protect the top of the fender (I assume). It came off very easy and is resuable. Problem is that there is a hard ridge that follows the outline of the adhesive film that I just removed. I have tried Goo Gone and brake fluid (recommended by HD Dealer over the phone) but nothing works. I don't want to scrape it off for fear of damaging the paint. If I don't get any feedback from here to try I reckon I will take it to the dealer to look at.

I pulled the stock seat off my 05 Fatboy thinking I would run awhile with a solo. Seat came off and there was a thin adesive film unter the passenger portion of the seat protecting the top of the rear fender (I assume). I peeled the film off, it was easy to remove and is reusable. Problem is this, there is a "ridge" of something that follows the outline of this film cover on the fender!! I have tried Goo Gone and Brake fluid (suggested by HD Dealer over the phone) and nothing works. I don't want to scrape it off for fear I will damage the paint. What can I do though? If I don't get any feedback here to try, I reckon I will go to the dealer and have them look at it. Thanks.
