I installed this V111 a year and a half ago. Got about 15 thousand on it. Like Lucifer, I always had hot starting problems. Even with the compression releases it’s hard on starters. The original starter went early on and the new starter clutch went after about a year. But when that went the starter ring gear went with it.
I replaced the starter clutch with an All Balls clutch and the ring gear and jack shaft set with an Evolution Industries set. Looks like a quality piece too. Went with 84 tooth instead of 102 tooth ring gear. The engine turns over faster which helps my hot starting problem. It still stalls the starter on the first engagement but starts good after that.
I also replaced the inner clutch basket. The stealership parts guy said check the splines and he was right they...

Has anyone ever glued patches on your leather vest? It's hard to find someone that can sew these on and if anyone has glued them with success it would be much easier.

Always thought about getting a HK the new VP9 is HK's first striker fired gun, like sig they normally have hammers and to get anywhere today you have to offer a striker fired gun many law enforcement agencies prefer them aka Glock
The trigger is exceptionally crisp it fires easily and the sights return to target quickly,
Recoil was non existent, you'd swear it was a full metal gun yet it is a lighter polymer much
Nicer than my glock 17.
They are hard to find

Buddy cooked some Pork Chops on the grill, had taters and Butter beans.
And to top it off he fried up some Fried Green Tomatoes.
Man was the fried green tomatoes good.

Took in some car show madness with the daughter on the weekend. Got to meet Rick Dale and his lovely wife Kelly. Snapped some pics, including a mid 70's sportscar built here in New Brunswick. This show has been going on for over a decade? around here and now has over 2000 cars from all over N.A. show up for the 4 day festival. Youtube it for more info.
