      <content:encoded><![CDATA[Cad seems oxidize and chrome rusts. Just get some fingernail polish in whatever color you want and touch em up. Makes the chrome really pop to have all the hardware dressed up. For bolts that are recessed in, I paint the recess too, might as well can&#039;t get in there to polish. <br />

If at all possible find a way to get your woman to do it for you as they are so much better at those little brushes than we are.<br />

<br />
1. Remove ignition switch and the two screws holding the inner-fairing cap. Lifting the cap out of the way gives access to the fork top plug. I tried a 36mm socket but there wasn&#039;t room, same for a crescent, but the 36mm wrench in the tool kit was the solution. The plug is not on tight and removal is easy.<br />
<br />
Note) the 36mm wrench is actually a bit too large and 1 3/8&quot; is a better fit. <br />

      <content:encoded><![CDATA[I been busy since I bought my bike 6-1-12. Seems in 3rd gear between 30-35+MPH there is a front end wobble. Its barely noticeable, in fact both your hands need to be off the grips to experience it. And the wobble escalates to a violent wobble. Now granted you shouldn&#039;t take your hands off the handle bars <span style="text-decoration: underline"><b>BUT</b></span> your front end shouldn&#039;t wobble violently just because you do.<br />

      <content:encoded><![CDATA[I found it impossible to use my torque wrench to torque the heads down on my shovelhead. Torque adapters can be bought, but can be expensive. If you&#039;re short on money and long on extra wrenches and sockets, you can make one like this. I used an old 9/16&quot; box wrench and an old 3/8&quot; drive socket and welded them together, with some modifications, as you can see from the photo.<br />
Mine is 2&quot; center of box end to center of ratchet end. If you use it at 90 degrees to either side of the wrench you...<br />

Very interesting stuff and could have saved me from a flat tire on a couple of occasions. Said it does not mess up with the tire rim plus it will balance the tire.  <br />

Tried it out on the bagger, worked great. Do need to add a couple extra pounds of air cause you loose a little when unscrewing it.  Here is a couple of pics.<br />
