Hot Rider and I have decided to build a detached garage on our property instead of putting a 12×16 storage shed. As of right now I am looking at minimum of a 22×22. We decided of course that it will be heated and rigged with 220 volt. The cement will have a spot cut into the floor for the bike lift. Also going to put a coating on the floor before anything is added to the inside. Should be pretty sweet.

When you live up north, the first couple weeks after winter is spent repairing your winter damaged yard and house.
Then grandboys were up this last 2 weeks and gave them each plenty of round about town rides. They love the motorcycle. And just spending the 2 weeks doing what they enjoy..water park, the beach, ice cream cones, 4 wheeling.
Also have been local back road riding with junior a 1/2 dozen times. No more then 45 minutes each time so he can get use to the bike. He gets better each time. We talk about each ride what he did well and what he needs to work on.

Ollbill, OlBob, Maddog and myself rode up the Clackamas River and up the back way to MT Hood traveling up back roads through the National Forest, what a beautiful day for a ride today. Weather was perfect 80F.
Rode my new to me Yamaha 07 FJR, sweet riding bike and corners are a breeze. Maddogs black FJR is sitting next to me in the last photo.
We stopped for lunch at the Huckleberry Inn and had a late Breakfast. ollBill had a Chili Cheeze burger.

I guess this is the year of leaking seals for me, and I've had bad luck with them all. Some of you may recall when I replaced the main fork seals a while back and they still weep some. Tried the Sealmate and it helped some, but there is still weeping from both the seals and me LOL.
Well, I replaced my tranny main seal last week (left side of the 4-speed) and I'm still seeing oil on the frame roughly below the seal area. Funny thing is, Tattoo and I looked underneath and it appears there is no oil coming from where the seal is located. Can't figure out where it's leaking from . . .
I used a James seal and even called the company to make sure I put it in correctly. I'd just hate to have to do this job over again. Hmmm . . .
