I just got my '05 Heritage back with the V&H Big Shot Staggards and SERT. It runs and looks great but I don't think I can live with the sound. I asked the stealer to put in quiet baffels when he installed them but he said he couldn't get them.
I want it to sound like a Harley but I don't want to lose what hearing I have left. My question for you is... If I change to quiet baffels (which I will) will I need to have it checked on the dyno again? Also, how much quieter will it be? The SERT has improved the performance and I don't want to lose any.
Thanks,
Slim

Wow site looks great!!, Been busy last coupla months workin' on new house. Bought a fixer upper down here in Florida and been "fixin' er up". Even got the wife poundin' nails, she keeps mutterin' something under her breath that sounds like "I'll fix ya up". I assume she's talking to the house, but I took to wearin' my helmet while working just in case.
Took a trip over to Flagler the other day and got caught in a nice patch of fog, gave the ride a nice rinse off when I got back but still found some corrosion in them "hard to reach places". Anybody know of a good product for dealing with the problem?
Anyway like I said, site looks great, Life is good " new house, new site, new scoot......"
Gotta go now (wife's standing behind me with her tool blett on and I cna't tpy e and look...

Hi , i'm kind of lost here & don't know how to use this site at all . Any help would be appreciated . I have one question , does anyone here know anything about foot clutchs for Harleys ? I had a run in with a u-turner back on Nov 16th 2002 . Almost died , they still don't know how I lived , or why I'm not completely paralyzed , or really brain damaged (lol). My right arm is paralyzed , I'm going to ride again , put the throttle on the left . There's some damage to the fingers on my left hand & I don't think I'd be able to handle throttle & clutch together with the same hand.
A few years back late 80's early 90's I ran across an article about a lady joining a MC drill team . She had a parade clutch that she worked with her right heal . If anyone out there knows anything about...
