Anyone here interested in tool rentals for changing out cams in their Harley TC88's? I'm ready to do an upgrade myself and was going to buy some of the tools. There was a rental program started on another motorcycle forum where the tools could be rented and returned... kind of like Netflix for bikers
I thought of starting my own rental with a single set of tools since I need to get a set anyway. If anyone thinks this sounds like a good idea let me know.
Also, if anyone has any of the JIMS or other Harley related tools they want to sell contact me with what you've got. I have all my parts (big bore cylinders, andrews cams, cometic gaskets) so its just a matter of getting the right tools.

I ordered a brake lever for my yamaha 650 maxim. Hand brake. Now when it arrives i have to install it. There is no option for me. i can't ride it without the front brake to the mechanic plus he will take about two weeks to do the job.a tow costs 100 bucks. Any tips or tricks on how to do this. It looks easy enough but looks are deceiving. The haynes manual has no info for the installtion specifics. Any advice would be appreciated. I want to ride asap. I am going through not being able to ride withdrawels. It is really bad. thanks fireitup

Has any one here used this on thier bike? Put on my RK couple of weeks ago when i did alot of upgrades. 95ci 10.5-1 forge pistons, screaming eagle pro heads, andrews 60g cam,s&s gear drive kit, terminal velocity, and v&h true duals. Engine sounds good but has hesitation on fast exel and seems throttle dead when rolled wide open.Have put about 125 miles on it so far but dont want to run to hard till break in is done.therefore do not want to dyno it yet to see whats up.Not sure if it is fuel or ignition timing.Any ideas?
