I would like to get more torque from my 03 EFI RK. If I install a Stage I air filter and have the ECM remapped can the Technican tune the fuel injection system for more torque from 2nd gear to high. The dealer says he makes test runs of the bikes performace on a Dyno.
What do I lose by optimizing the torque?

My 97 Roadking is my first HD with air suspension. I checked the air pressure and their was some oil present, is this normal, also where can you get a tire gauge that reads 3 and 4lbs pressure and do you use a hand pump or compressed air to ajust the air pressure.

I am looking into getting an old pan and restoring it. Wanted to check with you guys that actually rode pans and ask if certian years are better than others (50's or 60's). I have looked at a few that have been sitting in the barn up here in Montana and have bought a service manual to see what I might be getting into. I have also talked to a non HD bike shop in town that has a great knowldge of older bikes. Also if I find one that is in good running order, what mods to the bike should be on the list to keep my time sitting on the side of the road to a min.

I have a 1980 FX, 80 incher, stock Keihn carb with an andrews pump on it, the bike has a Sifton cam in it but not sure what the number is, also has 2 in drags with a bolt and washer baffle in each pipe. I get a cough out of the carb when running down the road, its a nuisance, have checked the idle mix and all but nothing seems to correct it, planning on an S&S this winter but if anyone has an idea shoot me a line.
