As of now, I can only find a list of PC maps on the PC site. It only has 9 user added files. What's the possibility of adding a new thread forum for PC, Sert, Power Pak maps/settings on the main Bike Talk forum page. Change the type of allowed files to include .djm or .maps and what ever else so people can start new threads based on their configuration. Everyone with that configuration can list their setup, post their settings or maps and dyno numbers with those settings if known. It took me a couple weeks to find someone with my configuration. He provided his maps and experience and it helped a lot. Additionally a new forum will keep the threads from being lost among all the entries here in Tech Talk. I'll start it and move it if you start a new Forum.

Well, I had already ordered and paid for first gear and the counter gear when I read the reply about the clutch. I figured since the bike is older and I had a tech tell me the gear was worn down pretty good that I would bite the bullet and not cancel the order.
I tore the bike down again. When I got it apart, I noticed that the detent plate had gouges dug into the side of the plate that faces out, but could not see anything that might have caused it. I picked up a new plate and installed the new gears.
The test drive results were: Now the grind is gone if I downshift. If I stop without downshifting it grinds in first and will not go in. I have to take off in second.
I am planning to put a clutch kit in next. Any comments on clutch kits? If anyone has any input let me know.

Ok, so I am going out on a limb here....
I want to build my daugher a "build a bear" type of bear before I deploy to Iraq. They have voice recorders that you can do a SHORT message (like 10 seconds limit!). I want to find something that does the same thing that I can place in a bear that will record for 5 minutes or so. Does not need to be easily changeable after complete, and only needs to be "squeeze activated".....I was told by someone AT Build a Bear that they had a customer that came in with something like this, but didn't know where they found it. My hopes are to record a story or 2 onto the bear so she can listen to the stories when I am deployed. SO FAR, My luck on google has been less then good.....found nothing that looks "right"....anyone have any ideas??

Lately, I've noticed a slight hesitation from dead stop, but after I get her up to 1200 rpm's or so, runs fine,no missing. I ride '87 FLHTC with S&S Super E carb. My riding buddy says he thinks it's the accelerator pump, might need a rebuild,or just a diaphram replacement...Sound logical?
