Is It Ok To Replace The Stock Wire Type Filter On A 65 Linkert With A New Foam Or Paper Type ?

I picked up a 83 flh and it runs great except that it pumps oil out of the breather tube. I checked the compression and it is running @ 95 to 100 psi, so I don't think that it is blow by. A friend said that something in the heads ,some rubber valve might be bad. I can't find it in my shop manual. Can some one tell me if this might be the problem. I found them in the evo but I can't find it in the shovel. Thanks, harley 49266

Ok maybe some one can help me. Im trying to find an exhaust system for my Saber and want to gain HP also. I understand if you reduce the backpressure your will lose HP. I want the 2 pipe look with slash ends turn out. No straight pipes. Want the sound but not like straight pipes. If anyone can help me please send me a msg. I would like to do this before spring.

I'm thinking of upgrading the radio speakers in my 06 FLTRI. It comes with 5.25" 2 OHM speakers with a small magnet. Most of the ones I see advertised are 4 OHM and of course have a much larger magnet. I believe the larger magnet will fit but I'm concerned about the OHM difference. I'm hoping to find a pair at a reasonable price (under $50?). Any advice or suggestions?

I Have A 1995 Fatboy With 43,000 Miles On It. Modifications Include An Andrews Ev-3 Cam, Shaved Heads, Mikuni Hsr 42, Crane Adjustable Ignition, Single Fire Coil, And Vance And Hines Short Shots. I Had A Leak Down Test Done On It And The Tech. Said I Had A Valve Leaking Off. What Should I Do For A Rebuid? Should I Buy New Se Heads? Or Have The Stock Ones Ported And Polished With Larger Valves? What About Pistons? Do I Have To Run The Stock Ones Since The Heads Have Been Shaved? I'm Looking For Power, But I Also Need Reliability. Any Suggestions Would Be Appreciated. Also, If I'm Going To Have My Heads Re-worked, What Valves Do You Recomend? Thanks Guys.
