I bought my husband a fender ornament light for his Drifter for a gift. We had it mounted and then because of the fenders being so wide we had to have the cycle shop mount the wire up under the fender when we had new tires put on with the fender off. Anyway they charged us to do that and then did not run the ground wire with it. When I called them they said that they would charge another 35.00 to do it right. I am not going to pay it again they should have realized that the fender was fiberglass and so it was not grounded. The forks are aluminum ;and I need a suggestion or 2 for how to maybe go about grounding this. I bought the light off of e-bay and I probably should not have because it is an Indian head. People now say nice Indian and we never had that intention. It is just that I...

I just wanted to share this with all of you. We went on a charity Poker run this past weekend for Cerebral Palsy, specifically a little boy named Tyler. This was the 6th annual run for the cause.
456 riders made a showing this year. There was tremendous support from the locals along the way and from the Police and Fire offials from the different towns that provided escorts and support, many of which donated there time. Some even showed on there own rides and proceeded on the rest of the run with us.
I have been on several charity runs but there seemed to be a lot more support during this one, especially form onlookers and local police and fire departments. People were setting up chairs, bringing out there children, offering up drinks, holding up we love Tyler signs all along...

A friend of mine has a 1993 Heritage that seems to be letting an excessive amount of oil come out through the air cleaner. I know some will come through but this isn't the normal nuisance stuff. It actually drips out. He also seems to use more oil than everyone else too. FYI, the bike has about 29,000 miles on it.
What is the best way to determine the cause of the leak? It seems to run fine but there is an occasional puff of black smoke from the rear pipe. No blue smoke that I've noticed. Might this be a valve problem?
As alway, your help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Dave

I am looking for ideas on how to implement a gas gauge for my 73 Honda CB 750 F. Any ideas out there that will work?
Thanks.
Thanks.
