I am not crazy about the original big banana caliper on my 73 FX. I have yet to find anybody offering a different design replacement caliper for this model. I beleive the front end on the FX in 73 was just the 73 sportster front end. Can anybody point me in a direction?

Having read about CD's FXR he's building got me to wondering about the difference between the FXR and a Dyna. I had been thinking of a custom dyna chassis with the RevTech 100/6 speed.

i have 03 dyna that i had the motor stroked 96 cid wiseco big bore kit pistons . ss gear drive kit 585 cam the preformance is there all day long the problem or maybe its not a problem is when i come to a stop rev the engine or just stating the bike and rev the engine when the rpms come down there seems to be a shudder through the bike i never had this before is it becuase its a rubber mount i had all motor mounts changed and added stablizer on front motor mount still have this shudder when engine is coming to a stop please any answers i dont want to spend money on something that can never be eliminated
