The guy I bought my '02 Softtail from had pipes changed out in a shop and didn't know what they put on it. They don't have a name on them that I can find. They have a slash cut muffler with welded in baffles. They look similar to some Cycle Shacks that I have seen. If you look down the throat of the baffles, you see rows of triangular "teeth" at 12, 3, 6, and 9 o'clock. (Kinda like looking in the mouth of a shark). I may change them anyway but I would like to know what I have. Does this describe anything that you have seen? Pretty much everyone I know has V&H on their bikes and don't know what I have.

I recently put a S&S 124 in my fxr and love it! now that it's all broken in I'm going through the "what is the best pipe for all around performance" question. Should I be running a two into one or a two into two? it's a stock engine out of the box. I had some 1 7/8 dyno power stagerd duels on it and for the money (chaep) they are great. I also have a Thunder header that produces goood results on a dyno (130 hp and 140 pounds of tourq at about 5200 rpm). However, dyno results and what is ridable can often be two difernt things. There are so many pipes manufactures stating that they have the best pipe and you can spend a lot of time and money on the dyno. Got any suggestions?

hi i have a 1969 ct70 KO and it ran 2 years back but now i've tired to start it and it wont i took apart the carb and the low idle jet was plugged so i unplugged it and cleaned everything out it has wicked spark and all i can get out of it is a pop or backfire i think its coming out of the exhaust but it could be coming out of the carb?!? thanks i am open to suggestions

I installed new handgrips and fairing mirrors. Started it up and I had no speedo,tach, turn signals or horn.Could it be pinched wires or something unplugged or any ideas? Before I have to take it in. 05 ULTRA

We`re awaiting delivery on our Softtail Standard.Although its not due till May,I`m tryin to get some parts ordered for it.I`m looking for the part number for the air cleaner that I`m gonna need when I put pipes on it,and do the download.There are some shops doing online deals,and I like to get the air cleaner now.If anyone could help,I`d really appreciate it.Thanks,Mark.
