My rear wheel is spaced closer to the left side of the swing arm. Is it suppose to be centered in between the swing arm?

I am new here so please bear with me. I have a 2002 FLHRCI. I have a Stage 1 download and air cleaner with screaming eagle pipes and I have just installed Vance and Hines True Dual headers. I am getting some different sounds from my exhaust (some popping and gurgling) that I am not sure are signs of too lean or what. I love the sound I'm getting because I appear to be hearing both cylinders idling. I am also told that with a stage one download I am OK to run without remapping the EFI. I am hoping that I do not need to get an HD racekit or a commander to get good performance. What do you think?

This being my first bike, I dont really have a clue what i'm doing.
I tried to start my bike, and heard a chattering, but no start. Some friends at work told me that battery was dead. So I charged the battery and it worked. This started happening repeatedly and often. FInally, I charged the battery, but had no response at all, no lights, no chattering, no start. I figured I killed the battery, so I went and bought a new one. Upon installation of the new battery and attempt at starting, there was a brief chattering and then nothing. Given this, I don't think the problem is my battery, but I don't have a clue what it might be, can anyone help?

I HAVE A 2000 FXST. I JUST CHANGED THE STOCK 130 TO AN AVON 150. RE INSTALLED AND THE TIRE IS ALMOST RUBBING THE FENDER ON THE SPROCKET SIDE AND THERE IS A 1/2" ON THE DISC SIDE, THE BELT IS REAL CLOSE TO RUBBING THE DEBRIS DEFLECTOR. i'M PRETTY SURE I HAVE THE SPACERS IN THE CORRECT LOCATIONS AND ORIENTATIONS. nOT SURE IF THE TIRE WAS CLOSE STOCK AND A WIDER TIRE MAKES IT MORE APPARENT, DOESN'T MAKE SENSE THOUGH FIGURE THE TIRE WOULD BE CENTERED IN THE REAR FORK RIGHT? ANYBODY HAVE A SUGGESTION?
