I have lowered my wife's 2004 Lowrider. The stock kickstand barely holds it at an angle. Anybody lowered an 04? I can't find a short kickstand anywhere.

Went by and applied for a job as a small engine mechanic at a hardware store in the nearby town of Victoria. They called last Wednesday and asked if I still wanted it and I ways yeah, I'll do it. They asked if I could be there the next morning, that was like 5:30 PM, LOL! Well, I've got some unfinished MC work here I'll have to spend off days doing and getting out. But, this job is FAR better than any MC shop wrench! Not only are the machines easy to work on and lift and diagnose, and everything else a MC ain't, but they're paying me $16 an hour. They say they're going to set up a big bench in the back shop and air condition the place before next spring, too! AND, the guy tells me today that he's going to increase the shop rate to 50 an hour. I have a 2003 XL1200C Sportster and am thinking about either a wide glide conversion or a springer conversion. I seen a program somewhere out there that does the numbers for rake and trail. You just punch in your stock numbers, and the new numbers (triple tree rake, and tube length), and it will compute your new trail figures. I can't find the site where I saw this program. Does anybody know? Also, thinking about a Seegercycle front end. Any comments or feedback? Thanks, Leont53

Anyone got any comments on using Jet heads on a Twin cam B engine.

burning oil on my 96 evo

I've got a 96 roadking with 34k on it . i,m burning oil ,2 qts on just 1000k of riding ,what else shall I look for , besides checking compression .
